Creative Contributions

Whether through voice, vision, or vulnerable truth, my work lives at the intersection of creativity and self-awareness. Below, you’ll find a collection of podcast interviews, guest workshops, and published pieces where I’ve had the honor of sharing my perspective on personal transformation, intuitive expression, and the art of becoming whole. Each contribution reflects my commitment to helping women reconnect with their inner knowing—one insight, one story, one thread at a time.

2023 – Mindful Exchange Podcast

Kami and her dear friend of seven years and colleague in the transformational coaching industry, Davina Lyons, decided to take their regular conversations to the podcasting airwaves.

Sharing perspectives is a necessary part of our self-actualization. We don’t evolve much in a silo of our own making; it’s essential not just to consume information but to talk about it and find out what others think and why.

Workshop Co-Facilitation

June 2025

Write to Rise Workshop Hosted by Davia Lyons-Wright, Owner of Rising Resilience
Kami contributed by leading a section titled Moving Through Writer’s Block with Intuitive Creative Self-Expression, offering a fresh, embodied approach to navigating creative resistance. Drawing from her self-mastery framework and intuitive art practices, she guided participants through a three-part process to shift from stuckness to flow: reconnecting with childlike curiosity, engaging the body’s natural rhythm through creative automaticity, and discovering the “thread”—a prompt or entry point that unravels deeper insight. Through this hands-on experience, participants learned how seemingly simple tools, such as doodling, mind mapping, and emotional storyboarding, could unlock powerful breakthroughs and reconnect them with their inner voice.

Sept 2023 – Guest Teacher for Meant to Be Me organization (meanttobeme.org).

Kami Joined Educator Kristen Arnett as a guest Self-Awareness and Intentional Creativity Teacher. Wow!!!, these young girls (9 – 12yrs) are so wise about who they are (and who they are not) already. It was encouraging to witness the connection, intelligence, and creativity. I took 30 minutes to share a creative self-awareness journaling skill called FLOWER POWER for them to build into their repertoire (if they choose it). It was exciting to see them process their thoughts in real-time. My key takeaway is that there is a tremendous amount of curiosity and collaboration among our youth. Let’s figure out how to nurture that inclination – this is an essential skill that must not be minimized as they grow into young adults, when the desire to belong begins to fade and individuality, comparison, and competition become prevalent. If you would like to learn more about this Intuitive Creative Self-Expression, don’t hesitate to get in touch with me, and I’ll send you the complete instructions.

January 2020

Kami was one of four guest Co-Facilitators for the 2020 Vision Workshop, hosted by Melanie Shires of Live Well Be Well. This workshop aimed to usher in a new decade, bringing a vibrant energy to be tapped, embraced, and creatively explored, welcoming in the new year with clear intentions aligned with each student’s life purpose and the assurance that they were moving in the “right” direction.

Kami facilitated the Personalized Graphic Recording Exercise (a form of creative visual note-taking), which was about what the participants were sensing for themselves while various topics were being covered. Below are some of the participants showing their graphic recording posters.

“I attended a creativity vision 2020 workshop that Kami Pollvogt gave.  It was fun, relaxing, and thought-provoking.  She made being creative comfortable.  I came out of the event with a vision for 2020 and a colorful poster I have hanging on my office wall.  I have received compliments on the vision poster.  I look at the poster board every day, and it keeps me focused on my vision.  Thank you, Kami, for the excellent program and for making all of us feel creative.”  Patti O.

Kami Pollvogt is a Transformational Self-Awareness Coach and Consultant who helps high-functioning women move beyond burnout and into embodied wholeness. Her approach weaves intuitive creative expression, metacognitive drawing, and conversational emotional intelligence to foster self-awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful change in life, work, and relationships.

After 30 years in the fast-paced corridors of corporate America—from semiconductor manufacturing floors to Fortune 500 IT strategy offices where she performed as a change manager, user experience analyst/designer Kami made a radical shift. She realized that in our pursuit of achievement, status, and technological progress, we often abandon the most essential part of ourselves: our true identity.

Today, she guides women through the quiet, creative process of claiming who they truly are, beyond roles, expectations, and performance. Her work invites a return to the divergent, intuitive, and imaginative thinking we’re all born with—but are conditioned to suppress. She supports women who are done muscling through life and are ready to explore what lights them up—not in retirement, but now.

This isn’t traditional coaching. It’s soulful excavation. It’s about unveiling the innate superpowers buried beneath conditioning—and using them to live, lead, and create with presence and purpose.

Kami holds certifications as a Transformational Life Coach (Southwest Institute of Healing Arts), Prosci Change Management Analyst, Human Factors International Usability Analyst, Intentional Creativity® Coach, Red Thread Guide, and Independent COLOR CODE Trainer. Her work bridges systems thinking with soul work—supporting each woman in designing a life aligned with her deepest truth.
