Outside of my traditional coaching sessions. The Creative Coaching Experience

Each of my program consists of eight 90 minute sessions. You will receive a blank white canvas journal and use a variety of art supplies (markers, colored pencils, stickers, stencils, and watercolors) to complete various coaching exercises. I recommend the Best at Being Me Program because before we can truly be intentional or find out purpose we must first truly know ourselves. All my program begin with a COLOR CODE assessment where you will learn about your specific driving core motives. This provides us both insights on why you do the things you do allowing us to examine where you operating within your strengths and limitation. All programs are filled with self-reflection exercises and facilitates tapping into your inner knowing with an ongoing action plan for being the best you. What if these programs are not what I am looking for?

I offer traditional 1:1 coaching online or in person. Traditional life coaching can be a little or a lot creative its entirely up to you and what kind of experience you’d like to have. It tends to be more organic because the client sets the goals and topic for each session (vs. a set of predetermined exercises for overall growth in personal development). What the creative programs and traditional coaching sessions have in common is; I help clients gain clarity, focus on goals, determine action plans, hold clients accountable, and move them forward at the client pace. Both types of coaching work because when people change their mindset and their actions, they change their lives.
