Design your Life with Purpose and Intention aligns your actions with your goals and builds on the Best at Being Me program. Together, we’ll explore how you show up in the world and how that drives where you are and where you can be. You will complete a series of exercises based on the teachings of Dr. Taylor Hartman, Tony Robbins, Marissa Peer, Byron Katie, and Dr. Wayne W. Dyer. On this creative journey, you will:

 

  • Expand your understanding of your driving core motives (i.e., exercises which help you to gain deep self understanding)
  • Learn how the six basic human needs have influenced your life
  • Learn how to see your life as a series of choices and the power of forgiveness
  • Identify your priorities and your purpose
  • Create action-oriented steps to live in harmony with your dreams and your aspirations
